Fit-out work for offices. We inspect the space first, quote in writing, and our own employed crews do the work.
A job rarely stays within one trade. We also do waterproofing, which goes in before tile in bathrooms, balconies and on roofs, along with false ceilings, plastering, wallpaper installation, marble polishing, handyman jobs and home maintenance. Each has its own guide that explains how the work is done and how it is quoted, and the work sits in the same written quote, so the order is planned once.

We measure, check walls and floors for damp and cracks, and agree the finish with you. You get the findings in writing.

Painting prices are for a standard repaint of the interior walls, before 5% VAT. Interior walls work out at about AED 5 per m² of wall, and the minimum job is AED 270. Townhouses start at AED 1,800, 2,500 and 3,150 by size. Villas, exteriors and specialty finishes are quoted after the inspection. A job with many repairs, a dark-to-light colour change or a textured wall takes longer than the times shown. Compare any other quote on the same rooms and the same inclusions.
Tile fixing, carpentry, renovation and fit-out are priced in the written quote after the site visit, because the room, the materials and the finish each change the work. The price of tile itself belongs to the shop you buy from, and the tile price guide shows how to read it.
A little preparation makes the visit shorter and the quote more exact.
Our own employed crews do the work. We do not subcontract painting or tiling. Large access equipment, such as scaffolding, is hired in, and our own team still does the painting.
