Hi, I'm Ahmed, the lead engineer and founder of Dubai Repair Pro. I started this company after spending 12 years working as a service engineer for major European and Korean appliance brands in the UAE.
During those years, I saw firsthand how often customers were overcharged for simple fixes, or told their machine was "beyond repair" when a simple part replacement would have saved it.
That frustration is why Dubai Repair Pro exists. We are a small, dedicated team of certified electrical and mechanical engineers. We live and work in Dubai. We know the common issues with villas in the Springs versus apartments in the Marina. We treat every home as if it were our own.
Our mission is simple: provide honest diagnostics, use genuine parts, and fix it right the first time.
